Born in Trois Rivières, she is a creative and grounded individual who has learned from a young age to embrace what makes her different. She built a strong sense of self through resilience, self love, and a deep understanding of her own identity.

Outside of sport, she finds balance in creativity. She loves reading, journaling, and drawing, using these moments to slow down and reconnect with herself. Creativity is part of everything she does. Through her clothing collection Flow’s, she expresses her vision of confidence and individuality, and she also enjoys modeling as another way to explore self expression.

Authentic and driven, she represents a new generation of women who are not afraid to own their story. She inspires young girls to embrace who they are, trust their voice, and step fully into their power.
